The trial involving Young Thug and YSL continues the day after an attorney involved in the case is sentenced to jail.

Court resumed at 10 a.m. in Fulton County for the Young Thug/YSL trial on Tuesday, after a tumultuous day on Monday. Brian Steel, the chief attorney representing Jeffery Williams, aka Young Thug, was found in contempt of court. As a result, he's been sentenced to spend no more than 20 days in the Fulton County Jail, serving every weekend for the next 10 weekends.

In relation to the incident, Attorney Brian Steel was found in contempt and directed to stay in the Fulton County Jail. This decision came after he declined to disclose to Fulton County Superior Court Judge Ural Glanville the source of his knowledge regarding an ex parte discussion between the district attorney's office and witness Kenneth Copeland in the judge's chambers.

The trial involves Marquavius Huey, Deamonte Kendrick (also known as Yak Gotti), Quamarvious Nichols, Rodalius Ryan, and Shannon Stillwell. Among the defendants who had previously pleaded guilty to different charges before jury selection are Gunna (Sergio Kitchens), Young Thug's older brother Quantavious Grier (Unfoonk), Trontavious Stephens (Tick), and Antonio Sledge (Mounk Tounk).
